I got started handling immigration appeals at the University of Texas Immigration Law Clinic. Immigration appeals form a vital part of my mission, and I take them extremely seriously. Most of the immigration appeals which I handle concern the administrative denial of asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the United Nations Convention Against Torture and Other Forms of Cruel, Inhuman, or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.
If you have recently been ordered deported, I may be able to help you to appeal the determination to the Board of Immigration Appeals or to a United States Court of Appeals, but please, act immediately and contact me. An appeal must be commenced during a short period following the dispatch of the corresponding deportation order.
